Terms of Service

1. The service

WarForge Mercenary Finder ("the service") provides real-time intelligence about mercenary camps in the game Total Battle. The service is provided by WarForge and is operated on a best-effort basis. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the developers or publishers of Total Battle.

2. Subscriptions and points

Paid subscriptions and top-up packs are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Reveal points are a unit of account inside the service and have no cash value outside it. Unused monthly points reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC) — use-it-or-lose-it. Top-up packs expire on a rolling 30-day schedule from the date of purchase. We do not refund unused points.

Pricing displayed at checkout is the price you pay. We may change pricing for new subscriptions at any time; existing active subscriptions are grandfathered at the price you signed up on for as long as you maintain an unbroken subscription. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable past the first 14 days.

3. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or systematically harvest the coordinates you reveal. The reveal economy assumes one human user per account. Sharing your account credentials, or running scripts to automate the reveal flow at scale, is a violation and may result in license suspension without refund.

Crowd-validation reports (real / flop / not-a-camp) must be made in good faith. Mass-rejecting valid camps to lower their visibility, or falsely-confirming non-camps, will be flagged by anomaly detection and may result in account suspension.

4. Game-related risk

Total Battle's terms govern your in-game conduct. Use of any third-party tool — including this one — may violate those terms and could result in actions against your game account that are entirely outside our control. By using the service you accept that risk; we cannot and will not intervene with the game publisher on your behalf.

5. Service availability

We do not guarantee uptime or accuracy. The service may be paused, restricted, or shut down at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to game protocol changes, abuse events, infrastructure outages, legal demands, or our own business decisions. In the event of an extended outage on a paid subscription, we may at our discretion issue a pro-rata credit, but are under no obligation to do so.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a risk to the integrity of the data pool other users rely on. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused points or unused subscription time.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarForge's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
